We are an onshore investment funds administrator that acts as trustee. We specialize in the organization and structuring of big business in the Oriental Republic of Uruguay, through trusts offered both publicly and privately.
We were authorized in October 2011 by the Central Bank of Uruguay.

Depending on the needs of the project, we can structure a Financial or Collateral Trusts.



In the Financial Trust the beneficiaries hold trust participation certificates, debt securities guaranteed by trust assets, or mixed instruments granting credit rights and participation rights to the remainder.



The Collateral Trusts are established to guarantee trustor or third-party obligations with trust assets.

 

 

In order to act as a trustee you need the authorization from the Central Bank of Uruguay, which was granted to as since 2011.



The Central Bank of Uruguay also continues supervising the company´s activity actively.

Uruguayan law requires trusts to be established by execution of an agreement between the party transferring assets to the trust and the party responsible for managing them.

​

The agreement must be filed with the General Registry Office of the Ministry of Education and Culture in order to be enforceable vis-à-vis third parties.
