A residential development comprising 437 apartments and 134 parking spaces at Torres Nuevocentro in Montevideo. Its activities include the sale, rental and financing of the units. TRUST AFISA acts as trustee and administers the trust assets.

Fideicomiso Financiero Campos Sustentables
A trust focused on acquiring and leasing rural properties in Uruguay, with a plan to improve their productive capacity. TRUST AFISA acts as trustee, while OKARA manages the project.
